For teacher sub-standard 2e, you need to demonstrate that you are consistently able to encourage pupils to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study.
The types of evidence you can use to showcase this are:
presentation in books (care of work)
children achieving their targets in Eng/maths
students being aware of what they are (self review/progress review)
seeing children start work quickly and independently in lesson observations
Remember that the evidence in isolation isn’t enough, you will need to annotate it to signpost exactly where/how you are meeting the standard.
You can use photographic evidence to support your evidence for this standard. Be sure to anonymise any student work or data by blacking out names or identifying details.
